Henry Heikkinen has been practicing Iyengar style Yoga for 18 years and teaching Yoga for 7 years

Henry's yoga background:

Graduate of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco 500 hour Advanced Studies/Teacher Training Program, 2009.
Completed Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher Kofi Busia's entire 110 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, 2005.
Participated in the Iyengar Yoga Intensive with B.K.S. Iyengar in Estes Park, Colorado in 2005
Participated in "The Journey: from Annamaykosa to Anandamayakosa" IYNAUS convention with Geeta Iyengar in 2007
Participated in the Yogacharya Festival, an International Iyengar yoga convention with top Iyengar teachears from around the world in 2007.
